Located on the highlands in the west part of Lake Towada, Towada Hotel commands a seasonal view of the lake and beech woods surrounding it. The main building is an authentic Japanese architecture made of Akita cedar, which was built by an imperial carpenter. The annex building is in Western style. For dinner, the hotel offers half-Japanese and half-Western dishes that extravagantly use fresh local ingredients.
