Yorozuya has long been one of the leading hotels in northern Nagano. Momoyama bath is the best of the Buddhist monastery architecture from Tenpyo to Momoyama era. The large open-air bath is made by stone lantern of the national treasure grade, five storied Pagoda of red Mikage stone and strangely shaped rocks. Purely wooden sukiya style "Shoraisou" is a detached room constructed in 1939 and its classical style is very popular. The hotel offers the cuisine by local ingredients mainly on mountain products of Shinshu-Nagano.
