Tsubakikan is the first establishment opened in Asamushi Onsen hot spring resort in the Edo-era. The hotel has nine hot-spring fountainheads and also offers drinking hot-spring water. The works of a wood-block artist Munakata Shiko is exhibited in the lobby.
