At Saryo Soen, attractive views of Japanese gardens can be enjoyed from all parts of the building. This hotel has been built in the "sukiya" style (a purely Japanese style of construction) and possesses a low, two story structure. Each of the ten detached guest rooms has its own open-air hot spring bath. Local ingredients from the sea, mountains and rivers are used to provide guests with exquisite kaiseki cuisine based on seasonal Japanese events and characteristic of the Mutsu region.
