The largest hot spring in Daisetsuzan National Park is Sounkyo and it is one of the most famous hot spring resorts in Hokkaido. 25 minutes by taxi from JR Kamikawa Station. 30 minutes on bus from JR Kamikawa Station bound for Sounkyo. Get off at last stop and 2 minutes walk. 90 minutes by taxi from Asahikawa Airport.
