    The largest hot spring resort hotel in the northern Kanto region, the elegant and charming Hotel Sunvalley Nasu in Nasu, Tochigi, features nine distinct hotels, each with their own characters, surrounded by the lush environs of the Nasu mountains. Guests come from all over the world to enjoy the hot springs and baths. Enjoy more than 20 kinds of baths from three hot spring sources, each owned by the Hotel Sunvalley Nasu. A true hot spring resort where people of all ages, from children to adults, can enjoy themselves in their own way. Forget the time as you refresh your body and mind. At Yuyu Tengoku, the largest hot spring zone at the hotel, there are baths containing three kinds of hot springs, the Sulfur Spring, Weak Alkaline Spring, and Magnesium Spring. In addition to hot springs, they also have a wide variety of saunas, including a salt sauna, dry sauna, and mist sauna. Besides Yuyu Tengoku, the hotel has a variety of other baths including the luxurious open-air barrel bath Yudokoro Hinoki (Cypress Bath), two types of hot springs at Mori-no-Yu (Forest Hot Spring), and open-air baths directly sourced from natural hot springs. Breakfast and dinner are served in a gorgeous buffet style comprising Japanese, Western, and Chinese food. This hotel has an art gallery with paintings displayed throughout the facility. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. 

    Access information

    35 minutes by bus from Kuroiso station bound for Nasu onsen, disembark at Shin Nasu, and walk for three minutes. 20 minutes by car from Kuroiso station. Shuttle available from Nasu station from 10:00 - 18:00. Reservations required.
