    The Hotel Heights is located in the Shiga Kogen Ski Resort, one of Japans most scenic and natural sites. Shiga Kogen is in northern Nagano, site of the 1998 winter Olympics, and makes up part of the Joshinetsu National Park. With an elevation of 1,300 - 2,000meters, one can truly experience mountain life. There are plenty of activities for all seasons. In the summer green season, there are 23 trekking courses offering access to about 70 lakes and ponds. The area abounds with nature and both wildlife and unique flora and fauna. Fall sees the leaves turn to amazing shades of reds and browns from the base of Mt. Yokote at 1,500meters, up to the summit at 2,305meters. In winter the area on one of Japanese premier ski resorts, with 4 ski areas, 21 gelande, and 70 ski lifts in the area. Spring sees the regeneration of wildlife in the area and the area rings to the calls of the birdlife. The Monkey Park, where you can see the bathing monkeys in natual onsen (hot spring) is also worth visit while your stay with us. Guests can enjoy the Hotel Heights Natural Hot Spring Onsen year round. Offering a relaxing end to a tiring day exploring the hotel surrounds.

    50 minutes by bus from Nagaden Yudanaka station bound for Kumanoyu Suzurikawa, get off at Suzurikawa, 1 minute walk.
